There is an old song that begins 2

My Guiding Stars, My Darling Dears:

There is an old song which begins-War, what is it good for? Absolutely nothing!

We were six minutes to midnight, now we are 30 seconds.  Yes, that proverbial clock, that reminds us how easy it is to turn into dust!  The nuclear clock is ticking--TICK, TICK, TOK.

Good has no choice but to prevail; truth tellers and seekers cannot continue to speak in vain. The powerful, monied class, revels in lunacy. And in their established insanity, their money continues to grow; it will build the grass, line their graves, and usher them into a green new terrain; if the money that war produces, continues to rush savagely, through their veins.

While Zelenskyy begs for weapons, Netanyahu shakes the money tree, we must demand peace; tranquil though the road should be it is littered with remains. Man must realize his folly, regression feeds chaos; in the remaining years, we must shatter the ragged, swiftly move ahead, and put an end to the reign of everlasting pain.

This high- these weapons of destruction must stop now. What have we to offer, what legacy is this? Man-kind, kind-man look back, Sankofa- look back and learn. Peace through negotiation—Negotiate! Negotiate! Negotiate!  Let peace reign.

Pray a message of peace, pray a message of love; write to your elected officials, remind them that life is precious: it’s a gift, it’s transient, its beautiful, it’s joyous, it’s supreme.

We can vote you out!
